Notification: Cartridge is not recognized

Check if the cartridge is the correct type for the printer. For more information about compatibility, scan the QR code on the right side of the packaging or consult the Printer and Cartridge Finder.
Check if all protection (cap, strip, tape) has been removed. See ‘the cartridge does not fit’ for more information.
Check if the cartridge is properly installed in the slot and is placed in the correct position. Especially if multiple cartridges are replaced at the same time.
Switch the printer off and then on again before reinstalling the cartridge.
It is possible that the print head of the cartridge is not making contact with the printer. Carefully clean the copper-colored part with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
